Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions explain how Adore International Tutoring works — from using our website to booking lessons with tutors.

They’re here to make sure everything is clear, transparent, and fair for everyone

1. General Conditions of Use

Access to and use of the adoretutoring.com website (“the Platform”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you confirm your acceptance of the latest version of these Terms, which are always available on the website.

Adoretutoring.com reserves the right to restrict or remove access in cases of non-compliance or inappropriate conduct towards other users.

2. Platform Description

adoretutoring.com connects students with tutors, for both online and in-person lessons

The Platform facilitates educational exchanges but does not guarantee or manage payment between students and tutors.

Although we take reasonable steps to verify information provided by tutors (qualifications, availability, etc.), Adoretutoring.com does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of listings.

Use of the Platform is strictly for individual, personal use. Any commercial use—such as by companies, competitor platforms, or their representatives—is prohibited.

Users must comply with national employment, business, payment, and tax regulations.

3. Tutor Listings and Content

Adoretutoring.com creates each tutor’s profile page.

  • Tutors must present their offerings clearly, with unique titles and descriptions to avoid SEO duplication.

  • All content (text, images, videos) must be owned by the tutor, with no misleading or false claims.

  • Tutors may not represent us as a business or our legal entity.

Students (or parents for under 18) are responsible for verifying tutor credentials and reporting discrepancies.

Adoretutoring.com is not liable for any incorrect or misleading information provided by tutors.

4. Payments

4.1 Students/Clients

  • Access to the Platform is free of charge for students.

  • No payment is made to Adoretutoring.com nor to Adore International Tutoring.

4.2 Tutors

4.2.1 Subscription to Adore International Tutoring

  • Tutors must subscribe (monthly or annually) to be listed and promoted on the Platform.

  • Subscription fees must be paid in advance. Listings go live only after payment is received.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time by emailing us.

  • We reserve the right to amend subscription fees with prior notice.

  • Payment is processed via Direct Debit; the website is not used for processing tutor payments.

  • Tutors will receive an invoice for each payment cycle.

4.2.2 Payments Between Tutors and Students

  • Payment arrangements (methods and amounts) are made directly between tutor and student.

  • Adoretutoring.com is not involved in the transaction and does not handle refunds.

  • Any reimbursement must be agreed upon by both parties.

5. Safety and Ethics

​5.1 Website Security

  • All site data is encrypted and secured via HTTPS.

  • We do not sell or rent user data.

  • Students contact tutors via email facilitated by Adoretutoring.com. Tutor contact details are not published on the site.

  • Once a lesson request is made, tutors and students may communicate directly. The Platform is no longer involved in those communications.

5.2 Academic Integrity

  • Tutors must not engage in or promote cheating or plagiarism.

  • Students must not request tutors to complete assignments, exams, or any academic work on their behalf.

  • Use of the Platform must comply with the academic honesty policies of any relevant institution.

5.3 Online safety

  • Parents/guardian (for under 18) and Students agree that specially for live online sessions are required to provide a full adult supervision during all the time of the session.

  • Parents / guardian (for under 18) and Students agree not to share the online session information with anyone. 

  • Parents / guardian (for under 18) and Students agree not to record or capture, on any electronic device, the shared computer screen whilst on an online session.

  • Parents / guardian (for under 18) and Students agree that Adore International Tutoring will not be liable for any damage to property, fixtures and fittings and/or electronic devices whilst on a online session.

  • Parents / guardian (for under 18) and Students agree/understand that the tutor of my choose will be on an online session with me/my child.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy. Please check periodically. Where required, we will notify you or seek your consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
